Shipping info & policy

I ship on Tuesdays from my studio in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

As a small art business, please understand I am not able to compete with the large retailers that offer free shipping. To keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, I use Canada Post. Whether you select tracking or not at checkout, posters (13x19") are rolled in tubes separate from the rest of your order and ALWAYS shipped with tracking information to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, United Kingdom, China, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United States.


If you order a mix of posters and prints, you will receive two packages, as the posters (13x19") will be shipped in tubes separately from the smaller prints which are in flat envelopes.

When your order has shipped, I will send you an email. From the day that I ship your order, it typically takes 1-3 weeks for prints to arrive, but it may take up to 8 weeks. If your order does not arrive after 8 weeks, please email me at falsekneesstore@gmail.com and I will give you a refund (minus the cost of shipping), or I can send you a new free set of prints, provided you pay for the new shipping cost.

International Orders

Although rare, orders may be subject to import tax determined by the destination country. Please check your country's import tax. False Knees is not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country's customs officials. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Unfortunately, due to many lost packages, I am no longer offering any shipping to Colombia, Chile and South Africa, and I do not send posters or books to Mexico. I am very sorry about this!

Prints and Packaging Info

All prints are printed in my studio on archival quality paper using archival ink, so the prints should never fade unless they are in direct sunlight.

Prints and stickers are packaged in plastic sleeves and shipped in recyclable, rigid envelopes. Posters are rolled in recyclable rigid cardboard tubes. Books are shipping in a recyclable mailer. I do not include a receipt in the envelopes or tubes, so if your order is a gift, rest easy. The packages will however mention False Knees on the return address.
